BMW 404

How many of you have, at one point or another, lost car keys? It's pretty damned easy, especially if you don't have a keychain larger than one of Saturn's smaller moons.

Now, how many of you have lost an entire car before?

...twice?

Sunday afternoon, upon my return from fabulous Socorro, I lost my car at Seatac for at least a good fifteen minutes. I was in such a hurry when I parked it on Saturday morning that I forgot to note the parking stall number. I'm used to parking at the Albuquerque Port of Suns, where it's trivial to spot a car. Not so in Seattle. Not only are all the rows identical, but it's all in multi-floor cramped parking garage. I had to search two floors to find the BMW.

Anyway, it happened again today coming home from a really damned stressful day at the office. Again, I had to search two floors. Luckily, it only took me two minutes. But still, how embarrassing.
