A few months back the local radio station replaced their local morning show (hosted by DJ No Name and Jennifer White—both now doing their thing on XM) with the Adam Carolla show, syndicated out of somewhere in Los Angeles. While I don't like Adam's show nearly as much as I liked DJ & Jennifer, I have to admit that I listen to the whiney southern Californian nearly every morning while I commute to work.
Yesterday morning, however, Adam did something that makes him worthy of my attention. He hung up on Ann Coulter.
The story starts where Ann Coulter is supposed to call into the show, but manages to get delayed by 90 minutes due to a mixup in the show's phone number. By the time she got through, she seemed bitchier than usual (surprised? me too) and mentioned that she's, "tight on time."
At which point, Adam says, "well, you're tight on time?" and then hangs up.
Awesome.
