I spotted this at the Taqueria the other day. Yes, it's a Honda Civic sporting some sort of ... homemade exhaust pipe. Impressive.
Plus, if you look closely enough (and your eyes don't go all buggy—apologies for the soft focus) you'll notice that the camber angle on the wheel is all jacked up.
