Agreed—he's not the sharpest. But, he's not substantially more dangerous than some kid with a riced-out Civic taking an offramp too quickly.
That said, rich idiot playboys have played an important role in the history of automotive development and, bad as it is at the time, it's impossible to deny the impact they've had.
