Note to self: stretch when you're done exercising

I forgot to stretch after my daily workout, and I'm now really really sore. Particularly my arms.

At least my fingers still work.

From my experience, not stretching never made me sore. It was always just using the muscles more than they were used to. If I didn't stretch, then it would just make those joints or muscles less flexible. Or something.

If I don't stretch I get a stiff sort of sore. Mostly where moving feels odd and well, my muscles feel stiff.

Then there is a kind of sore that is just being over worked. That is more of the actual pain, imo.

Good to know. Maybe I'll tell my trainer that I feel overworked.

Or maybe I'll tell my boss, instead. If I'm going to use the "overworked" excuse, I guess I should use it somewhere worthwhile.
