Hey, it's time for another 20/20 update!
As of my weigh-in this morning, I'm down over 15 pounds from my initial weight. I've dropped two notches in my belt, and I've replaced wheezing hikes up the staircase with ass-kicking runs at the gym.
One thing that hasn't been the best is that my blood pressure (which was in perfectly healthy shape at 102/72 before I started the program) drops more readily and I'm starting to get dizzy again as I stand. My program physician has recommended that I increase (!) my salt intake if I don't see much improvement in the next few weeks. We'll see where that goes—I'd much rather fix this problem with better hydration and whatever else I can.
Also, the chart above is sortof useless now. I've put far too much information on there and it really only makes sense if you're intimately familiar with what's up there—and I'm pretty sure most of you aren't. So, it's there mostly for looks. Hoorah.
