So, there's some weirdness here.
Our agent mentioned that it's possible (although not necessary likely yet) that the listing agent and seller of the home in which we're interested may actually search for us to do some basic background checks. The problem here is that if I'm blogging about how awesome (or nawesome) this house happens to be, we're tipping our hands early.
Which means that as much as I hate doing this, I'll be delay posting until we're most of the way through the negotiation process. Not that you'll know, because this post won't be live until ... well, a while from now.
Suck.
