It's offer time (what I can't tell you right now)

I've given you the basic details already, but here's what's up.

Our first house completely fell through. Once we found out the seller was a huge dorkotron, we started considering terminating our offer.

Shortly thereafter, we toured fifteen houses—that's where the superlong post from yesterday came from. We ran across one which was just listed that really caught our eye ... and here we are.

So the reason I'm not posting this is to maintain our bargaining position in case something goes wrong with the new house. Sellers tend to get a little antsy when they find out their buyers have already had to terminate on a sale (even if the reasons, as we feel, are completely legitimate) and given all the tech types around here, odds are pretty damned good they may find our web presences. Ain't technology grand?
