Well, this is the house where we placed our offer. This part will all be a lot clearer in the next few weeks.
So what you are saying is, this is the house you are going to "flip"?
Not really. This is more of a static investment—when we get the homeownership part figured out, we'll probably buy other properties to renovate and then rent out.
But that's a long ways off.
