Offer accepted!

I'm really sick of this delay-posting nonsense.

Nevertheless, when you read this (surely a week or so from now), you'll know that our offer was countered, and we accepted! The house's status has officially been changed from Active on Market to Subject to Inspection in the MLS, so that means we're ready to rock and roll.

The inspection is going to be on Monday, and we're damned excited. We're having a contractor come in at the same time to give us an estimate on removing the acoustic popcorn ceilings, the dropped ceiling soffits, and to kick out a few walls.
