I've had a long-standing battle with my triglyceride count. The aforelinked count was taken when I first started at Microsoft, and was at 192 mg/dL—when I first started the 20/20 program, the numbers were all the way up to 272 mg/dL, ostensibly due to all of the fat in my diet at the time.
Ideally, I should have less than 150 mg/dL. Anything over that value puts me at increased risk for atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and thus, heart disease. Bringing this count down was one of my goals for the 20/20 program, because it was one of the big outstanding indicators of my poor health at the time.
So I'm happy to report my bloodwork yesterday indicated a count of only 53 mg/dL. Totally freakin' sweet.

Congrats again ... but really man ... where is the legend for that graph.
There should at least be one on the enlarged view. Your green things are all over the place!
Hey, your green things are all over the place!
It turns out that Excel 2007 nukes the legend every time I extend the graph, and with this many counters, it's a huge pain in the ass to go through and relabel everything.
