I'm weighing in consistently below 190 pounds, which means that I've taken 35 pounds off my weight since the start of the 20/20 program, and close to 45 pounds off my peak weight. Stokage.
The chart at the right shows what happens when you move houses while you're tracking your steps and your meals. The steps go through the roof (with a high of 15,372 on April Fool's Day) and the meals ... simply don't get tracked. That's fine, though—I was probably burning 4000+ dietary calories on the days when I was moving boxes all day long, so it doesn't really matter that I likely blasted through my 1700-calorie goal on a regular basis.
The only downside to all of this is that I damaged the cartilege in my knee doing leg presses over a month ago and it hasn't yet healed. Picking up heavy objects over my left knee or walking down stairs aggravates the problem, so moving hasn't been very helpful. And I've just now figured out how to do cardio work on the treadmill without irritating the cartilege more (specifically, keeping the incline up and keeping my jog until the treadmill slows down below 3.0mph), so that's been a huge pain in my ass, too.
Hopefully, I'll be able to clear that up soon so I can get back into my regular cardio routine. Taking days off doesn't appear to have impacted my weight loss all that much, but I sure do feel a whole lot crappier than I was before.
