I'm sure you're all getting a facefull of the iPhone madness today. The twins of gadget blogs have been posting non-stop about all of the excitement leading up to the product launch...which is all well and good, except that I'm finding it difficult to get my daily fill of low-thought gadget news that isn't the iPhone.
The thing is that as cellphone screen realestate gets bigger, I find I'm spending more time wiping face junk off of my phone than ever before. And I'm not even in the particularly greasy teen demographic.
I have to wonder how much of modern cellphone design goes into minimizing grease and fingerprints. I'm sure cellphone manufacturers put at least some thought into this, but I've got no idea if it's some small bullet point they have to include in their design documents, or if they actually employ a Face Grease Engineer or something.

Face Grease Engineer FTW!

Dang I can't find the picture... I saw a spandex-ie glove for just your pinky. You know to keep your screen clean.
