Layla and I watched This Film Is Not Yet Rated last week. It kicks ass.
TFINYR exposes the MPAA rating system—the only major film rating system worldwide that relies on anonymous raters and opaque policies. The film explains how arbitrary the ratings can be, and then cracks into the way the MPAA rates films—and even exposes the investigates the identities of the secret rating panels.
As an added bonus, the filmmakers interviewed loads of greatly amusing personalities in the film industry—for example, John Waters, who had loads of hilarious crap to say and whose films I'll now be checking out.
So, five stars.
