I have a remarkably difficult time thinking of the words "Earl Grey" without immediately thinking ... ", hot."

Tea, Earl Grey, Hot is the full way to say it.
True. Except that "tea" usually goes through my brain sometime before I stand up to get tea, and "Earl Grey" happens when I'm actually choosing tea.
