I've mentioned Kenna once here on /dev/null but have largely kept my mouth shut otherwise—in truth, I've been a big fan since shortly after his debut release New Sacred Cow in 2003.
But tonight he's opening for She Wants Revenge at the Showbox in downtown Seattle. And I've got tickets to go.
This should be fun—assuming the audience isn't packed with a bunch of damned wannabe thugs. The Muse show I linked earlier turned out to be OK, so I suppose this will probably be fine. Exciting!

Dang. She Wants Revenge is one of my favorite new bands. Damn you and your proximity to culture.
Coincidentally, we left right before She Wants Revenge went on stage. I went for Kenna, and little else.
Oh, and don't forget that the proximity to culture comes with the added cost of the proximity to Canada. It isn't always great, eh.
