This sort of thing used to happen all of the time, but I haven't seen it in quite a while. It appears that someone on a quasi-major website has borked their web-app configuration badly enough that Apache is spitting out directory listings.
In specific, the site is Gizmodo, the Gawker Media foil to ever-so-popular Engadget. And the page is found at the skip to the current results link on the (ahem) old/new Zune poll.
Of the files shown in the directory view, I particularly like ian.php (prints: hi), oldprocess.php (yesteryear's process.php), and an absolute gem: todo.txt. I would post the contents of todo.txt here if it didn't describe at least two bugs in their scripts.
I guess it's time to fix those.
P.S. Out of courtesy, I've waited until they fixed the problem before publishing this post.
P.P.S. 12+ hours after being initially notified, they've finally fixed this.
P.P.P.S They fixed the directory listing, but the problem still isn't completely fixed. I give up.
