Two killer craigslist finds

| | Comments (3)

The first local craigslist post of note is this gem (cached) from someone fed up with his new truck payments. Yet more evidence why people just can't have nice things. The seller is clearly an intelligent fellow, since he blew some (probably big) bucks on stupid-huge chrome wheels and matching rubber before deciding the $366 a month it was costing him to keep the truck was eating too much into his weed and cable television spending.

But the best part is that the seller has only told you it's $366/month without telling you how much loan is left to pay off—so you could have a month's payment...or 72! Who knows?! That's the fun! Don't worry, though, since the seller "wont leave it in m y name and let u make payments" [sic].

Shall we move on to Exhibit B? It's the most amazingly donkalicious 1981 Chevy Malibu (cached) this side of the Mississippi. Awesome addons include a "CUSTOM DONE INTIRIOR" and 11 freakin' televisions. Oh, and those of you reading the post in its entirety read that line correctly: he's actually put televisions in his turn signals (??!!?).

The hidden gem in this one? The location of the car is "DISCLOSED." Liar.

Yea, I heard that UPGRAYEDD* was selling his Malibu to pay for his new Cadillac.

Wowza, his posting is horrendous. In addition to the painful spelling and grammar, the complete lack of punctuation for the whole paragraph IN CAPS just hurts. I hope somebody buys it soon, in a "keep your city clean, eat a pigeon every day"-kind of way.
