I feel sorry for the box art designers who work for motherboard and video card vendors. They've got tons of variations on each product, can't really reuse graphics (the RT-XG3500 has to be distinguishable from the RT-XS3500), can't really picture the object in question (it's boring), and typically have no branding direction aside from slapping a logo onto the corner of the box.
But...I'm also a sucker for hilarious commentary. Boing Boing Gadgets has a page on the worst examples of this box art, including the following note for the box at right:
"Oh hella shit, boys, my new motherboard is off limits.""Do you mean that it does not conform to industry standards making it unsuitable for interoperability with other PC hardware?"
"No, I mean that it has snake truck."
In case you couldn't tell: the folks over at Boing Boing Gadgets have a potty mouth.

snaaaake.
2 Weeks from now, at Summerslam!, I challenge you RT-XG3500 to a no holds barred ladder match for the WWF Heavy Weight Title Belt!
