No more license plate blackouts

I'm pleased the plates finally came in.

And yes, the state of Washington issues vanity plates without raised letters. They're simply printed on the blank.

hah yes indeed. I updated my spam engine and always drop a dummy comment to make sure I didn't break anything.

I'm just particularly unlucky I'm up at 5:45 this morning.
