Stupidity in retail

| | Comments (7)

I heard two things today that made me question the quickness of those behind the counter.

  • A 3-minute-long discussion about how the store clerks have to fast-forward whenever Rage Against the Machine comes on the background music player, since it upsets some customers.
  • "I don't get your shirt." See image at right.

Is it angry apple juice?

Is that supposed to be a missing child?

I assume there's some sort of joke there deeper than just British* angry apple juice, but angry apple juice is still funny.

*it is from Tesco.

I think he/she has a right to not get your shirt.

Absolutely. I also have a right to think he'a dweebus for announcing it. And you have a right to disagree. I [heart] libertydom!

Sorry. What I really meant was, at least from the first 3 comments, it sounds like the person that didn't get your shirt was not in the minority.

You should know better than to believe anything those goofballs say by now.

That goes double for things I say.
