Pimp with a little too much limp.
It has become all to easy to get classified as handicapped nowadays and earn yourself a sleek blue and white placard. In fact one item that can put you in the "handicapable" spotlight is that you can't use a touch tone phone.
"I'm sorry, the fingers you used to dial the phone with are too fat. If you'd like to order a special dialing wand mash the keypad now."
I bet those dubs alone qualify the owner for some sort of special needs placard.
