Yes - Scotty's is awesome. Katya and I went to Kauai over Christmas three years ago. Scotty's reintroduced me to pulled pork, and I've been in search of similar quality ever since. Good posts, makes me very nostalgic. Did you get to the western-most brewery?
Excellent!
And in fact, we did make it to Waimea (?) Brewery! I'll post photos later.
