I feel like I posted this at some point, but now I can't find it.
We got a boatload of insulation blown into the attic in November. The house isn't warmer at all, but the furnace does run far less often and it feels like the rooms near the edge of the house retain their heat better.
But it does mean that we have this two-or-three-foot-tall mountain of insulation in the attic. The antenna is buried about forty feet straight ahead. The box on the left is my network box. Both are covered in ... insulation.
